My mother purchased a brand new oven 2 weeks ago and it looks like it had been dropped. The ovens door doesn’t fit or close properly, the glass top was out of alignment along the edge. And the oven won’t hold its set temperature when baking, it jumps up 25 degrees then it jumps below temperature settings 25 degrees. It’s totally unusable and they refuse to exchange it for one that works properly. The people in the organization are disgusting. Do Not Shop at Famous Tates!!!

Update…the store has contacted us and they are going to do the right thing and replace the damage and poor working stove with a new one. Thanks
